Get Dimension AI Inc. ("Dimension AI," "we," "us") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Dimension AI platform ("Service") to do the same. This policy describes how to report claimed copyright infringement and our policy toward repeat infringers. It is incorporated into and part of our Terms of Service.

We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512.

1. Reporting Claimed Infringement (Takedown Notice)

If you believe that material available on or through the Service infringes a copyright you own or control, you may submit a written notice to our Designated Agent (below). To be effective under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include substantially all of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or, if multiple works, a representative list).
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and that is to be removed or access disabled, with information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it (e.g., the project, file name, or URL).
  4. Your contact information — name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

We may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material upon receipt of a compliant notice, and we will make a good-faith effort to notify the affected user.

2. Designated Copyright Agent

Notices of claimed infringement should be sent to our Designated Agent:

Copyright Agent Get Dimension AI Inc. 10 Catamount Drive, Medford, NJ 08055 Email: legal@getdimension.ai

This Designated Agent is registered with the U.S. Copyright Office's DMCA Designated Agent Directory (registration no. DMCA-1074734).

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to our Designated Agent. To be effective under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3), it must include substantially all of the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location at which it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, mailing address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or that person's agent.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material in 10–14 business days unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.

4. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to the Service or remove content for users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

5. Misrepresentations

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. Please do not make false claims.

6. Questions

Questions about this policy may be directed to legal@getdimension.ai.
