Subscription & Billing Terms

Effective Date: July 1, 2026 Last Updated: July 1, 2026

Note: These Subscription & Billing Terms are an addendum to, and part of, our Terms of Service. They may be updated from time to time. Questions? Contact billing@getdimension.ai.

1. Relationship to the Terms of Service

These Subscription & Billing Terms (the "Billing Terms") supplement and are incorporated into the Terms of Service (the "Terms") between you and Get Dimension AI Inc. ("Dimension AI," "we," "us," or "our"). Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms.

These Billing Terms expand on Section 5 (Subscriptions, Trials, Fees, and Billing) of the Terms. If there is a direct conflict between these Billing Terms and the Terms on a billing matter, these Billing Terms control; on all other matters, the Terms control. The limitations of liability, disclaimers, dispute-resolution, and governing-law provisions of the Terms apply to these Billing Terms in full.

2. Definitions

  • "Billing Period" means the recurring interval you select for a paid Subscription — currently monthly or annual — over which fees accrue and renew.
  • "Payment Method" means the credit card, debit card, or other payment instrument you provide to pay for the Service.
  • "Payment Processor" means our third-party payment processor (currently Stripe, Inc.), which securely stores and processes your Payment Method and card data. We do not store full card numbers.
  • "Plan" means a subscription tier (for example, the tiers shown on our pricing page), each with its own price, features, seat allowance, and usage limits.
  • "Seat" means a single named user authorized to access the Service under your organization's Subscription.
  • "Trial" means a time-limited evaluation period that grants access to the Service without charge, subject to Section 4.

3. Plans and Pricing

Current plans. The Plans we currently offer, their features, seat allowances, usage limits, and prices are shown on our pricing page and again at checkout before you subscribe. Plan names, contents, and prices may change over time; the offering shown at the time you subscribe or renew governs that period. Not every tier referenced in our systems is offered for sale at any given time — only the Plans shown on the pricing page and checkout are available for self-service purchase.

Custom and enterprise plans. Some Plans (for example, a team or enterprise tier) are sold by contacting our sales team rather than through self-service checkout, and may be governed by a separate order form or agreement. Where a signed order form conflicts with these Billing Terms, the order form controls for that customer.

Currency. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, all prices and charges are stated and processed in U.S. dollars (USD).

4. Free Trial

Eligibility. Each new organization is eligible for a single free Trial (currently seven (7) days). Trials are per organization, not per user; creating additional accounts to obtain repeat Trials is a violation of these Billing Terms and the Terms.

Payment method required; no auto-charge. You must provide a valid Payment Method to begin a Trial. We do not automatically charge you when a Trial ends. When the Trial period elapses, your access pauses until you affirmatively choose and start a paid Subscription. Your Payment Method is charged only after you start a paid Subscription (Section 5). If you never subscribe, the Trial simply ends and you are not charged.

Trial usage limits. Trials may be subject to usage caps (for example, a maximum number of material takeoffs during the Trial). Any applicable cap is shown in the product. Reaching a cap pauses further usage until you subscribe, even if Trial days remain.

Trial extension codes. We may issue codes that start, extend, or modify a Trial (for example, granting additional Trial days or a higher takeoff cap). Codes are promotional, may be limited in number or time, are not transferable or redeemable for cash, and may be modified, suspended, or revoked at our discretion, including if we reasonably believe a code has been obtained or used improperly.

5. Starting a Paid Subscription

A paid Subscription begins only when you affirmatively choose a Plan and start it through checkout. By completing checkout, you authorize the initial charge and the recurring charges described in Section 6. You represent that you are authorized to use the Payment Method you provide and, if subscribing on behalf of an organization, that you are authorized to incur charges on its behalf.

6. Auto-Renewal and Charge Authorization

Automatic renewal. Once started, your Subscription renews automatically for successive Billing Periods of the same length (monthly or annual, as selected) at the then-current price for your Plan, until you cancel.

Your authorization. You authorize us and our Payment Processor to charge your Payment Method the applicable fee (plus tax, less any applicable discount) on the start of each Billing Period, on each renewal date, and for any other amounts you owe under your Subscription (such as added Seats), without further action or notice from you, until you cancel.

Keeping your Payment Method current. You are responsible for maintaining a valid, up-to-date Payment Method. You can update it at any time through the billing portal (Section 15). Where your bank requires additional authentication (for example, Strong Customer Authentication), a charge may require your action to complete.

7. Seats

Some Plans include a set number of Seats and allow you to add more. Seats used may not exceed your Plan's Seat allowance. Adding a Seat mid–Billing Period may incur a prorated charge for the remainder of that period; removing a Seat takes effect at the end of the current Billing Period unless we state otherwise, and does not entitle you to a refund for the remainder of the period. Renewal charges reflect your Seat count at the time of renewal.

8. Usage Limits and Fair Use

Plans may include usage limits (for example, a monthly takeoff allowance or fair-use thresholds), which are described on the pricing page or in the product. We may meter usage, and we may contact you or apply reasonable limits if your usage materially exceeds your Plan's limits or imposes an unreasonable load on the Service, consistent with the Acceptable Use provisions of the Terms.

9. Discounts and Promotional Codes

We may offer discount or promotional codes that reduce the price of a Subscription by a percentage or a fixed amount, for a single Billing Period, a set number of periods, or the life of the Subscription, as stated when the code is issued.

Unless we state otherwise: a code applies only to eligible Plans; only one code may be applied per Subscription; codes are not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and have no cash value; codes may have redemption caps and expiration dates; and a discount applies only while the code's stated duration remains in effect, after which the standard price resumes at the next renewal. We may modify, suspend, or revoke a code at any time, including if we reasonably believe it has been obtained or applied improperly, and we may decline to honor expired or invalid codes.

10. Plan Changes: Upgrades, Downgrades, and Proration

Upgrades. If you upgrade to a higher-priced Plan mid–Billing Period, the change takes effect immediately and we may charge a prorated amount for the remainder of the current period, with the new Plan's full price applying at the next renewal.

Downgrades. If you downgrade to a lower-priced Plan, the change generally takes effect at the end of the current Billing Period, and you retain your current Plan's features until then. Downgrades do not entitle you to a refund for the current period. It is your responsibility to reduce Seats and usage to fit the lower Plan's limits before the downgrade takes effect.

Switching billing interval. Changing between monthly and annual billing takes effect at your next renewal unless we state otherwise at the time of the change.

11. Cancellation

You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your Account settings or the billing portal (Section 15). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current Billing Period — you retain access to the paid Service until then, and your Subscription does not renew for the following period. Except as required by law or as expressly provided in Section 12, canceling does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid for the current period.

12. Refunds

Consistent with Section 5 of the Terms, fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated otherwise. We consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may, at our discretion, issue a prorated refund for the unused portion of a Subscription. To request a refund, contact billing@getdimension.ai.

13. Failed Payments, Past-Due Accounts, and Suspension

If a charge fails, we and our Payment Processor may retry it over a period of days. While a payment is outstanding, your Subscription may be marked past due, and we may notify you and ask you to update your Payment Method.

If the amount remains unpaid after reasonable retries and notice, we may suspend or downgrade your access and, ultimately, treat the Subscription as expired or canceled. Overdue amounts may accrue interest as described in the Terms. Restoring access may require bringing your account current. Suspension for nonpayment does not relieve you of the obligation to pay amounts owed for the period before suspension.

14. Taxes

Prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for all applicable sales, use, VAT, GST, and similar taxes arising from your Subscription, excluding taxes based on our net income. Where we are required to collect tax, it will be added to your charge and shown at checkout or on your invoice.

15. Invoices, Receipts, and the Billing Portal

Receipts and invoices are made available by email and/or through the self-service billing portal, where you can view your current Plan, update your Payment Method, download invoices, change or cancel your Subscription, and manage Seats. The billing portal is operated together with our Payment Processor.

16. Price Changes

We may change the price of a Plan. For an increase that affects your Subscription, we will provide at least thirty (30) days' notice (for example, by email or in-app notice), and the change takes effect on your next renewal after the notice period. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel before it takes effect; continuing your Subscription after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

17. Complimentary, Internal, and Exempt Accounts

We may, at our discretion, provide the Service at no charge or at a modified rate — for example, complimentary ("comp") accounts, billing-exempt accounts, internal accounts, or accounts provisioned under a partnership or evaluation arrangement. Such access is a courtesy, may carry different or unlimited limits, may be modified or withdrawn at any time, and is provided "AS IS" without the commitments that would otherwise apply to a paid Subscription. Nothing in this Section obligates us to offer or continue any complimentary or exempt access.

18. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at billing@getdimension.ai first so we can resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer for a legitimate charge, rather than contacting us, may result in suspension or termination of your access pending resolution, and you remain responsible for amounts validly owed. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks we believe are unwarranted.

19. Third-Party Payment Processing

Payment processing is provided by our Payment Processor and is subject to the Payment Processor's terms and privacy policy, in addition to these Billing Terms. As described in Section 11 of the Terms, we do not control and are not responsible for the Payment Processor's services, and we disclaim liability arising from them. You are responsible for the accuracy of the Payment Method information you provide.

20. Changes to These Billing Terms

We may update these Billing Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice as described in Section 19 of the Terms (Changes to These Terms). Continued use of the Service, or renewal of your Subscription, after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and cancel before the change takes effect.
